AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Autumn in the USA's New England region is a magical time. Beginning in late September, the largest forested areas of the region turn to brilliant hues, and draw large numbers of tourists seeking views of the fall scenery. In this video, top contributor and drone pilot Peter Bloch shows us the wonder of Fall in New England. Shot in 4k, the video features top-down shots of geese before they depart south for warmer weather, panning shots of the deep red and orange forests, as well as shots flying through those same trees.
Description: What a season this was in NH!!! The surreality of our reality never ceases to amaze me - a shared experience with everyone who has the good fortune to be in northern New England in the autumn. This compilation of best clips from autumn is the 14th and final chapter of my "Fall 2019" sequence, which I have come to think of as a serialized novel. The shots in this movie are shown in the same chronological order that I filmed them. This is the third year I have made a "best of" collection that is accompanied by my wife Kathy Lowe's song "Autumn Fire," which she wrote and recorded in 2017 for the first edition. One last note: in my 67 years on this planet, I have never dived so deeply in to a single season. I was outside flying and filming and living in this explosion of color more than ever, I spent much of time between September 19 and October 21 either flying the drone or editing the movies. It was immersive and truly meaningful. I am grateful that many of you have joined me vicariously on my wanderings through the many splendors of this magical season.
