Bear Mountain Bridge
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
The Bear Mountain Bridge crosses the Hudson River between New York State's Orange and Westchester Counties, about 45 minutes north of New York City. When it was completed in 1924, its main span of just under 500 meters (a bit over 1.6k ft.) was the longest in the world. It held the title for less than two years before being surpassed by the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia. The first suspension bridge to use concrete decking, you can check out the Bear Mountain Bridge from above in this excellent drone video by onewheeldrone.
