Big Sur RTH Crash

Another lapse in my judgment...Thought I was flying towards Bixby Bridge in Big Sur but I was mistakenly flying towards the very similar looking Rocky Bridge. As soon as the drone went behind the mountain I lost signal. It went into fail safe mode and attempted to return home (and it would have) but I failed to manually set the return to home height high enough, resulting in the crash you see here. Drone was undamaged but I spent about 3 solid days driving 3 hours one way from SLO to Big Sur each day. I spent 8 hours per day the first two days looking for it on foot with no luck. On the third day, I borrowed another Phantom from a buddy and used it to film the area where I thought it might have crash landed. Luckily, I found it relatively undamaged and before it was ruined by the elements.
