Castle Pajštún

Check out this drone video of one of the most well-known castle ruins in Slovakia, compliments of contributor NikolSpark.  It's called Pajštún Castle, and it's located just a short distance north of the capital city Bratislava in the western part of the country.  The semi-ruined structure dates to the 13th century, but was substantially rebuilt in the 1600's due to the threat posed by the Ottoman Turks at the time.  It was heaviy damaged by lightning in the 18th century and then blown up by French troops early in the 19th.
