Ekstremsportveko '22 | ww Kayaking

Another edit from my perspective at Ekstremsportveko. It's one week long event for athletes and spectators hosting hundreds of likeminded people. If you haven't heard of it, you are missing out big time ;) Anyway, for production crew it is insanely intense period because you go out shooting from early morning, come back in noon and have to manage raw-cut and edit final video to be screened the same night in festival arena. Exhausting but super rewarding task. As this year festival was hosting world championship in white water kayaking, I worked hand in hand with some top class RedBull athletes. It's challenge to film extreme sports because you have only one try, if you screw up your shot - it's missed and gone. I filmed all this entirely with DJI Mini 2, fpv would be more appropriate BUT I loved this challenge. Enjoy! Filmed with DJI Mini 2, 4K/25fps, edited in Davinci Resolve.
