One of the hundreds of tourist attractions you can see in Italy, Fenestrelle Fortress overlooks its namesake town. As the largest alpine fortification in Europe, the massive attraction is 1,300,000 meters squared. Built between 1728 and 1850 the fortress guards the access to Turin, Italy via the Chisone Valley. After WWII the fort was abandoned and left to decay. See Fenestrelle Fort from above in this drone video.
