Footage from a flight about a week or so ago, went out to the nature preserve that I typically camp at during summer. temperatures were well below freezing with the wind chill, along with gusts reaching over 25 mph. I was amazed with how well the karma did in the wind, the footage came out buttery smooth, if you would have seen how much the drone was rocking you wouldn't believe the footage came from that flight! I briefly flew the karma in the parkinglot after just getting to the location, then went for a short hike and flew again at the lake front. Due to the battery still being warm from the car ride and flight, the drone started right up (surprisingly) typically if the battery gets too cold, drones wont fly till the battery has been warmed up. normally I stick the battery under my shirt XD its cold but it warms up quickly lol. ive heard of some people using disposable hand warmers in their backpack, id just be concerned with them getting too hot on the battery, especially because its such a small concentrated spots. All the footage was shot with the hero five black, some footage from the handheld karma grip and the drone itself. I used polar pro neutral density filters, on the grip portions I used a number 8 nd filter and when flying I used the 16. I should have used the 16 for it all but I filmed the stuff with the grip first, then decided to try a darker lens when flying and realized it looked better. this was shot in 2.7k 60fps then when exporting the video I reduced it to 1080p. edited using the gnarbox. music from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V-pYCGx0C4
