HighFlyingRunner: River Parkway Winter Run (DJI Mavic Pro, ActiveTrack)

I was very energized and motivated for today's run after a rest day yesterday. I felt like going somewhere flat and pushing it hard.. 8 miles on Jordan River Parkway @ 7:58/mi and it felt GREAT! My focus on strength training is really paying off, I've shaved about 7 sec/mile off my tempo pace in the past few months.
