Check out this drone video of one of the world's oldest lighthouses, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot Dronescapes Ireland. Hook Lighthouse is located at the southern tip of Ireland's Hook Peninsula, on the boundary between Counties Waterford and Wexford in the southeastern part of the country. Marking the eastern entrance to Waterford Harbor, the tower dates to the 12th century. It's believed to be the second-oldest operational lighthouse in the world, after Spain's Tower of Hercules.

The Hook lighthouse is a building situated on Hook Head at the tip of the Hook Peninsula in Co. Wexford in Ireland. It is one of the oldest lighthouses the world and the second oldest operating lighthouse in the world, after the Tower if Hercules in Spain. It is operated by the Irish Lighthouse Authority, it marks the eastern entrance to Waterford harbour.
