Hurrican Harvey Lumberton, TX Flooding SETX

Harvey flooded the SETX area. This footage is taken in Lumberton, TX near HWY 96. This drone footage shows how flooded the area is on August 31st, 2017. Water shows no signs of leaving just yet. Lumberton is an island @ this point and no one can get in or out. We are blocked in on all routes out.
