Inis Mór ,Aran islands , Ireland
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out this fantastic drone video of the pre-historic Irish fortress known as Dún Aonghasa, compliments of contributor Peter and Loki. It's located atop a cliff on Inishmore (Inis Mór), an island off of Ireland's western coast. It's believed that parts of the fortress date to about 1100 BC, during the Bronze Age of Ireland, although portions of it may date to the somewhat later Iron Age. The fortress structure consists of four concentric walls made of dry stone, the outermost of which covers an area of 14 acres (six hectares).

This was the second attempt to film Inis Mór after my first visit 2 years ago , I had some vision in my mind and this time I've decided to take my time and walk to each place so my four legged friend Loki will enjoy the trip as well. After all day and night of walking I'll consider different transport next time I'm there, island isn't that big, only 14 km but we managed to walk all together around 35 km and we were and still are bit tired . In the video you will see remarkable spots Inis Mór has to offer : The black fort , Dún Aonghasa , Dún Eochla and surroundings.
