Lower Super Expo. Good for Racing, bad for Freestyle Footage?

So I'm experimenting with rates this month. I've flown 700deg/sec for most of the year and just dropped to 600 deg/sec in this video and also for the Sept. Sacramento MultiGP race. I love 600deg/sec for racing, but it's a bit slow for freestyle. When I lowered rates, I also lowered super-expo from 0.79 to 0.73. I felt this gave me more control throughout the entire stick range for pitch, roll, and yaw for racing. It was awesome for racing and having more control. However, for freestyle, I feel like my footage looks jerky. Is the sweet spot for smoother footage 0.79 or higher super expo? I think so! I'll post another video soon, but I went back to 0.79 super expo and the footage is back to buttery smooth. ...it's not always the pilot that is twitchy! If your quad isn't doing what you want, you need some tuning! I think this applies to freestyle and racing.
