It's Autumn in Melbourne and it's blue hour as the sun has just set. The city looks amazing and the Grand Prix is on, so I thought I would upload an extra video this week to capture this season plus I also want to test the new HDR camera feature in the Autel Nano+ 249g drone. I flew it up and down Yarra River between Princes Bridge next to the Arts Centre and Swan Street Bridge near the sporting stadiums. I usually fly the Nano+ in its fastest mode but today there wasn't any wind so I flew it in the slower "normal" flight mode. I also usually use manual camera settings but today the camera was set to 4K 30fps HDR H265 in auto mode and I adjusted some levels while editing although I didn't add any colour or saturation. What do you think of the dynamic range and low light capability of this tiny awesome drone? I noticed some details are lost in dark places however where there is light it is bright and fairly sharp. It is only 249g so I have found that it is best to fly in the fastest "ludicrous" flight mode whenever there is wind otherwise it will be too slow flying against the wind. If Autel keep improving the software in this drone it will definitely be the "one" drone to get for any drone pilot. I hope you like this video of beautiful Melbourne and thanks for watching, Brett - Gizmo Drones Epic Music: Glimmering Shadows by Whitesand https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzDETOqDNrA https://whitesand.bandcamp.com/track/glimmering-shadows https://open.spotify.com/artist/3GXunV3wsCpSdKp0L5tcNH Purchased Song - Royalty Free Music Filmed with an Autel Nano+ 249g micro drone in 4K 30fps 8bit H.265 HDR colour in auto camera mode. Flown in "normal" speed mode. Edited with Davinci Resolve. Only basic editing of the levels (low lights raised, slight S "C" curve) and minor distortion correction (I do this for all drones), no colour or saturation was added. Some minor noise reduction and minor stabilization used.
