The National WWII Museum in New Orleans is an amazing place to visit and if you have ever wondered what it was like during that era, this place will travel you back in time and place that will blow you away. No war is ever pretty or easy but so many heroes came from this era and forever shaped the world we live in today. Well worth the visit.... I have no affiliation to the organization but am a supporter and so should you so history may be preserved. The good, the bad and the ugly. A little Wiki: The National WWII Museum, formerly known as The National D-Day Museum, is a military history museum located in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S., on Andrew Higgins Drive between Camp Street and Magazine Street.
