Nutty neighbor shoots at drone filming skyline in GPS static hover over my home!

Static hover at 90ft and panning to film sun in twilight, then getting shot at by a (drunk?) neighbor who is having fun with a BB gun on his deck. I flew well within my property boundary on GPS and only flew vertical, similar to a real estate shot. I'm a FAA & AMA registered hobbyist drone operator who flies responsibly and with consideration. I'll let him know where the law & FAA regs stands on this when he sobers up in the morning.
