Paradise Lost

The resort opened in 2009. The overall architecture is in a traditional Zanzibari style, with white walls, terracotta floors and makuti thatched roofs. The buildings are characterized by fine details and good craftsmanship. The facilities include 30 spacious 240 sqm villas with 3 bedrooms, each with separate bathroom, a shared sitting room, a private veranda and terrace and a spacious 1st floor lounge with balcony featuring a 180 degrees sea view. 22 of the villas have their own pool. The villas are equipped with air condion, satellite flat screen TV wireless internet, and beautiful Zanzibari carved furniture. They put it up for sale... But what happened?????
