Piedmont Park, Atlanta, GA

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : AirVuz contributor FoxFlight Drone Video brings us this excellent aerial view of Piedmont in Atlanta, Georgia. One of the city's most important green spaces, it's located east and a bit north of the Midtown area and about 2 km (around a mile) northeast of Downtown. The park, which covers about 90 acres, was built in the late 19th century as the venue for the 1887 Piedmont Exposition. The park took on much of its present shape in the early 20th century, when it was redesigned by the sons of the designer of New York's Central Park.

Piedmont Park is an urban park in Atlanta, Georgia, located about 1 mile (1.6 km) northeast of downtown. We filmed it in mid-November and couldn't help but wonder what it looks like during the spring, summer, or even just a month before this when the leaves would be colorful.
