Roosevelt Island, New York
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Odessa1799 took advantage of a brilliant morning in New York City to create this remarkable drone video of Roosevelt Island, one of the most prominent landmarks in the city's East River. This strip of land, which is considered part of Manhattan, is over 3 km (about 2 mi.) long but is extremely narrow - less than 250 meters wide (about 800 ft.) at its thickest point. You'll also get some great views of the buildings along FDR Drive, which runs down the east side of the island of Manhattan and connects the Midtown and Downtown areas.
