Aside from gunning my racer quad through random places empty parks throughout Los Angeles, I do find time to help my real estate friends. This house sit's next to some famous people in Hollywood and they were all kind enough to lets fly over there property to get this shot. The house is still being worked on, but investors wanted to see how it was coming from overseas. That's where I came in, might be time to invest in a ronin, if this keeps up...
