Contributor FreD ...///... created this beautiful drone video of a castle in western France.  Saint-Mesmin's Castle is located near a town of the same name in Vendée, one of the departments that makes up the Pays de la Loire region south of Brittany.  The structure is a 13th century fortress.  Among its later additions is a 28 meter (just under 100 ft.) moat, which was constructed during the Renaissance period in the 15th century.  The castle is open to the public during the summer months.
