El Hierro, on the Canary Islands, enjoys a treasure that, if not visited, has not exploited the full potential of the island. Despite its small size, the southern cove of Tacorón deserves the qualification of a jewel for enjoying the year of the quietest Atlantic in the archipelago. For something this part of the ocean is called the Calm Sea. An unforgettable enclave in which the palette of navy blue blends with the volcanic black and the multiple ocher and red of the hillside of El Julán, as virgin as this cove of fine multicolored sand in which to take a relaxing bath.
