The Lonely Tower @ Pilgrim Psych Center - Long Island, NY

This spot has stories for days but for some reason i cant find any information on this lonely tower in Pilgrim. Looks to be a watch tower of some sort but i dont really see it. Apparently a very popular NY gang used to hang their victims from the staircase which was inside the tower. After many different instances where the police had to remove the corpses, they eventually took down the staircase so that wasnt an option no more.
