It is better to ask for forgiveness rather than be denied permission. This is the motto I try and abide by when I am flying questionable spots. Why you may ask, it is because even if you are asked to leave you still get the footage. Here is an example of that philosophy in action. Also bare in mind the guya was actually quite nice if a bit funny looking.
