Tian Tan Buddha and Wisdom Path

Tian Tan Buddha is a large bronze statue of Buddha Shakyamuni, located at Ngong Ping, Lantau Island, in Hong Kong. The statue is sited near Po Lin Monastery and symbolises the harmonious relationship between man and nature, people and faith. Wisdom Path is the masterpiece is reproduced in the form of a large-scale outdoor wood inscription on a natural slope at the foot of Lantau Peak of Lantau Island. The tranquillity of the natural environment of the site would enable visitors to appreciate the masterpiece.
