Traveling Alone, Sharing the Journey

The easternmost island of the archipelago, Lanzarote lies only 80 mi. (around 130 km) from the coast of North Africa. The home of Timanfaya National Park (which is featured prominently in the video), the entire island of Lanzarote has been declared a UNESCO Biosphere reserve in recognition of its unique geological features.

Exploring Lanzarote with the DJI Air 3S. I spent four days on a road trip discovering this incredible island, which captivated me from start to finish. Majestic volcanoes, red mountains, paradise beaches, and sunsets that looked like they were on fire. Lanzarote feels like a landscape from another planet.

This time, I traveled alone. Solo travel is an experience that blends the freedom of exploring the world at my own pace with the nostalgia of being far from my loved ones. They may be miles away, but in one way or another, you always feel like they’re close.

In this video, I also want to reflect what a filmmaker’s life is really like. Through the screen, everything might seem idyllic, but even though the journey is incredible and full of unique experiences, there are also tough moments and a lot of uncertainty. Leaving behind a traditional job to pursue this dream isn’t easy. But I have no regrets. I'm truly enjoying this path, and I hope you're enjoying it with me!
