Vinitsa is a district of Varna. It is located 3 km from the resort "St. st konstantin and Elena". The development is mostly houses and new cooperatives. The neighborhood is part of the Primorski district. Vinitsa is about 10 kilometers away from the central core of the city.

The population of the Vinitsa district is constantly growing. At the moment it is about 30,000 people.

There is a good transport network in the neighborhood, but the lines are not enough for the population:

- Line 29: Aladzha monastery - Vinitsa district - Railway Station- Line 31: Vinitsa - Railway Station, every 10-15 minutes- Line 31 A: Vinitsa - Sv. St. Konstantin and Elena - Railway Station, every 40 minutes

There is an initiative in the neighborhood to create new bus lines to connect the neighborhood with main stops in the city.

In Vinitsa, there is the "Panayot Volov" Primary School, located in the center of the district. Children up to 7th grade study in the school. A school with classes in Greek existed even before the Liberation, but the starting date is considered to be 1881, when it began to be taught in the Bulgarian language. The school has changed its name several times.

At the exit of the neighborhood in the direction of Aladzha Monastery, there is a horse base, which was widely used, especially years ago, but has been quite neglected over time. The base consists of 3 clubs and on the lower side of the road are 4 stables.

Until a few years ago, Vinitsa was the site of one of the initial and last high-speed sections of the "Zlatni" car rally, which was known in Europe and later received a coefficient of 20 for difficulty. In the last years, before it was moved, it also bore the name "Albena". This race attracted the entire European motorsport elite.
