Bird's Eye View Over Cheddar Gorge, Somerset, UK

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

For a second upload to AirVuz, new contributor and drone pilot John_W13 takes us on an aerial tour of Cheddar Gorge, a limestone canyon in County Somerset in South West England.  The largest canyon in the United Kingdom with a maximum depth of 450 ft. (137 m), Cheddar Gorge was formed by Ice Age glacial runoff.  It's also famous as the 1903 discovery site of the remains of Cheddar Man, the oldest intact skeleton ever found on the island of Great Britain.  The video was filmed with a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone.

BADGES THIS VIDEO HAS EARNED:

In an area of outstanding beauty, Cheddar Gorge is almost 400 feet deep and 3 miles long and is Britain’s largest Gorge. It has many caves, in which one was found Britain’s oldest skeleton estimated to be 9,000 years old found in 1903. I have watched this video many times and each time I see something different. Watch in 4k and see what you pick up! Shot on a DJI Mavic 3 through the famous Hasselblad lens.
