Misionis is a medieval Bulgarian town, located 7 kilometers from the town of Targovishte, in the Preslav Mountains. It is part of the Hundred National Tourist Sites. The fortress is also known as Krumovo Kale and is one of the most significant historical monuments in Bulgaria.
