A cheap drone calls for a cheap camera. This video was a test for the following: 1. Maiden drone flight 2. SQ12 action camera test 3. ffmpeg video stabilization The drone flew very well, but needed some PID / rates adjustment. The SQ12 action camera video quality is terrible, but what can one expect from a $12 camera the size of a dice? However, in all fairness, the low light situation exasperated the already poor quality of the small action cam. Because the footage was so shaky, I wanted to try ffmpeg video stabilization to see what kind of results I could get.
