Contributor and drone pilot Chris Bonanno used a DJI Mavic Pro 2 to shoot this aerial video of the campus of Princeton University in New Jersey.  Located roughly midway between New York and Philadelphia, Princeton was founded by Presbyterians in 1746.  In recent years, Princeton has dominated the  US News annual ranking of national universities, appearing #1 18 times in 20 years.  The campus was immortalized in alumnus F. Scott Fitzgerald's debut novel, This Side of Paradise (1920).

Main Building.  Known as The Tower, it was the site of one of the earliest instances of a mass shooting in the USA: in 1966, an ex-marine sniper perched on the observation deck shot 16 bystanders to death and injured dozens more before being killed by police.

JOPProductions created this aerial tour of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, the flagship of the University of Louisiana system.  Lafayette lies near the center of the lower part of Louisiana, and is the state's fourth largest city.  UL Lafayette was founded in 1898, originally as an industrial school rather than a four year undergraduate institution.  It's one of nine campuses of the University of Louisiana system.  The school's enrollment is around 20,000, of which about 10% are graduate students.

In this video, you'll get an aerial tour of the fraternity and sorority houses of the University of Oregon at Eugene, compliments of contributor GoDucks.  Situated due south of the state capital at Salem, the university was founded in 1876.  It's a major research institution, and with enrollment of about 24,000, it's one of the largest universities in the Pacific Northwest.  Famously, the university and its fraternity houses were used as shooting locations for the 1978 blockbuster Animal House.
