Australia's Gladstone Region is in its northeastern state of Queensland. It's located about 515 km (a bit over 300 mi.) north of the state capital Brisbane, although it's still only about a quarter of the distance to Queensland's northern tip. The core of the region is the city of Gladstone, a port town on the estuary of the Calliope River. In this reel by new AirVuz contributor Aerial Media Gladstone, you'll get an aerial tour of the region, home to Australia's largest multi-commodity port.

Here is an aerial view of the "other" Gold Coast, compliments of 70daysaroundtheworld's DJI Mavic Pro drone. While the term is frequently applied to the southeastern coast of Florida, this Gold Coast lies in the southeastern part of another state - Queensland, Australia. Situated just to the south of the state capital Brisbane, this city is home to some of the best surfing and swimming beaches in the country. Queensland's second largest city, it's home to the country's tallest building as of 2018.

Talented content creator and pilot Oz Straya Panoramas used an Autel Lite drone to create this fantastic aerial view of Australia's Glass House Mountains. The range consists of a series of 13 peaks which rise from the coastal plain of the state of Queensland, just inland from the Sunshine Coast area. While their maximum altitude is a modest 1.8k ft. above sea level (a little over 550 meters), the Glass House Mountains appear to be significantly taller due to their immediate sea level surroundings.
