AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Taking us on a journey through a year’s worth of work is pilot PeterBloch. The journey travels in the order in which it was filmed, from winter scenes in Maine and New Hampshire with frozen waters giving way to green springs in the area. Then, he’ll take us to Florida’s much more tropical views before shining light to the gorgeous colors that are in full view in Northeastern United States’ fall, finally wrapping up in another set of winter shots.

During 2018, I made about 40 individual videos about nature in NH, Florida, and Maine. For the third year, I have compiled my favorite shots into a year-end "greatest hits" movie. It is truly amazing for me to review all thousands of individual clips, and recall these wonderful adventures and visions of beauty. I am endlessly grateful for this late-in-life opportunity to see the world from the awe-inspiring vantage point that the drone offers! And so happy that I have hundreds of viewers who enjoy seeing the world through my eyes. Thank you to one and all! The structure for this five minute movie is remarkably simple: the sequence of 60 clips is almost exactly in the chronological order that they were recorded. Winter, Spring, a trip to Florida, Summer, Autumn and then the circle of the season closes with the beginning of Winter again. This was all filmed with a Phantom 4 Pro and a Mavic 2 Pro, then edited in Final Cut Pro X. The music is by Borrtex, courtesy of FreeMusicArchives.org.
