Into the Jungle and Beyond | Searching for One of the Smallest Beaches on Earth

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Top AirVuz contributor Dark Yellow Horizons earned a spot as a Drone Video of the Week Finalist for this excellent drone video from Southern Thailand.  The video was filmed over and around Koh Ka Rot, a small island of Phang Nga Bay.  The island lies between the larger island of Ko Yao Noi to the west and the mainland of the province of Krabi to the east.  Phang Nga Bay is an inlet of the Andaman Sea (itself part of the Indian Ocean) that's formed by the island of Phuket to the west and the Malay Peninsula to the east.

BADGES THIS VIDEO HAS EARNED:

This journey began at sunrise… With clouds floating above a quiet bay in Southern Thailand. From a jungle road barely wide enough for my truck, to kayaking through winding mangrove rivers, I went searching for something I wasn’t even sure existed... A beach too small to be found. What I discovered at the end of the cliffs wasn’t just land or sea… It was stillness, presence and something deeply personal. Shot entirely solo, this is a meditative exploration into the hidden corners of nature and of ourselves.
