Light on the Hudson

Take in these drone videos of a well-known lighthouse on the USA's Hudson River, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot Santiago. Saugerties Light is located just north of its namesake town, about a two hour drive north of New York City. Built of brick on a granite foundation, the current lighthouse was completed in 1869. Its tower stands 46 ft. tall, or around 14 m. The lighthouse was de-activated in 1954, but was re-activated following its purchase in 1986 by the Saugerties Lighthouse Conservancy.
