To the south of the village of Srednje selo and Viskovac on the road Požega - Pleternica there are remains of a large fortress on the steep and high (364 m in the year) on the brijeg. The fort was naturally well-defended, so a jar was needed only from the south. This large fort has an oval ground plan extended in the north-south direction, and a massive tower (3 m thick) is projected to the south defensive wall. The tall tower is quite preserved, almost to a height of 20 m, and only the upper part of it has fallen off the exterior stone lining. Palas and the residential tract were in the west. The defense wall was otherwise quite preserved, and everything was built of a local stone crusher. It appears at the later stage that a rectangular tower has been built on the north side and has niche windows on the first floor.
