OVER BRIDGE (PARK Flying With Those Guys)

published on Mar 21, 2019 Over Bridge Park Bronx. I was looking for a new place to fly. And one day I happened to be in the Bronx. I was coming from another location where we were flying. And Novice Quads and I decided to check out this park. Bridge Park is in between The Harlem River and The Major Deegan Expy. The Washington Heights Bridge and The Alexander Hamilton Bridges crosses over the park. Nice quiet park. But I don't know what it's like in the summertime. Bridge Park was upgraded since it was once originally called Washington Bridge Park and was utilized as such between 1888 and 1890. The cost to upgrade the park was $4.054 million on a federal grant. This beautiful waterfront park runs about half a mile, from under I-95 up to River Park Towers. It connects to the promenade that surrounds the property and leads straight into Roberto Clemente State Park.
