One of the strangest churches in the world - Agia Fotini Mantineia.
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out this great drone video of an "off-the-beaten-path" destination in Greece, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot Up Drones Greece. It's called the Church of Agia Fotini, and it's located in the town of Mantineias near the middle of the Peloponnese, the large peninsula in the southern part of the country. When you see the video, you'll understand the title - it is indeed one of the strangest looking churches we've seen. Its architecture is vaguely Byzantine, with noticeable flourishes of Roman and Ancient Greek design.

In the list of the strangest churches in the world, next to the Santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime in Syracuse and La Sagrada Familia in Gaudτί in Barcelona you can easily place the church of Agia Fotini in the plain of Ancient Mantineia, - it is so impressive that even if you haven't heard it, passing by the area by chance is impossible not to stop admiring it. The bad thing is that you have a hard time getting by.
