Scotland - from the Borders into the Highlands

We start the video at Stow and fly around the Church of St. Mary of Wedale Parish Church from 1876 and the 1650s packhorse bridge.

A long drive later sees us at Ruthven Barracks in the highlands, built by the crown in 1719 to pacify the region after the Jacobite uprising 1715.

Driving further north we visit Loch an Eilean with its ruin of a 14th century castle on a tiny island.

Another packhorse bridge awaits us in Carrbridge. We finish off the day near An Torc for a bit of fov.
