Valle Camonica - Valley of ancient signs
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Mark59 created this stunning drone video of Valle Camonica, along alpine valley in Italy's (northern) Lombardy region. Crossed by the River Oglio and running for about 90 km (around 55 mi.), it's one of the largest valleys in the Alps. While its mountain scenery is spectacular, the valley is also home to a complex of ancient rock drawings. These archaeological sites, which were created by a group of pre-Bronze Age natives called the Camunni, represent the largest related group of stone carvings in the world.
