West Gate Bridge at Peak Hour and Bird Swarm
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
The West Gate Bridge is one of the more prominent landmarks in the city of Melbourne, Australia. Seen in this excellent drone video by top AirVuz contributor Gizmo Drones, the bridge spans the Yarra River near its mouth on Port Phillip Bay, just west of the Melbourne Central Business District. The bridge's main span is just over 1.1k ft. long (336 meters), and is 190 ft. (just under 60 meters) over the water. With ten lanes of traffic, it is the main western artery into Melbourne and one of Austraialia's busiest stretches of road.

I wasn't expecting to use this video as I only had time for a quick fly. However the peak hour evening traffic and the birds swarming the bridge looked amazing. I hope you like this quick video of West Gate bridge in Melbourne on a mild Autumn night around 5pm. Thanks for watching and stay safe, Brett - Gizmo Drones gizmofun101@gmail.com Facts: West Gate bridge in Melbourne is 2,583 m or 1.6 miles long and the 5th longest bridge in Australia, twice as long as the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
