Flying Through Winchester Cathedral

An unique and epic, internal aerial, view of Winchester Cathedral from a perspective you probably have never seen before and possible never see again. 

We were tasked to carry out a detailed inspection of the 1000 year old cathedral's many high level windows, all of which are around 26m up from the ground. Using traditional methods, utilising scaffolding, expense, disruption and the risks of people working at height, we were able to complete the task in a few hours, before the cathedral opened to the public. With just a few seconds of remaining power after the job was finished, this one and only take was used to capture the stunning video you see here.
