As the nighttime temperatures this weekend dive down in to the 30s in New Hampshire, and summer is waning, I have one more warm-weather movie to offer. By way of explanation: usually I fly and film with a general concept in mind for a complete movie. On occasion, I just go out to capture a single moment in a single location, something that is beautiful and irresistible - even though I don’t have a movie idea to use this in. That one flight is not enough to build an entire short story-movie, so I collect these in to anthologies of vignettes. This movie contains four such short scenes: • Sunrise at Clark Pond in New London • A tributary of the Machias River Watershed (probably Pembroke Stream) near Wesley, Maine) • The beautifully rusty abandoned water tower in SooNippi Park in New London NH, beside Lake Sunapee • Sunset at the Loon Island Lighthouse on Lake Sunapee Filmed with a Phantom 4 Pro drone, edited with Final Cut Pro X
