Sea Turtle Tracks!

The 2023 Sea Turtle nesting season is well underway along the coast in SE Florida. The Leatherback Turtles are off to a great start with the Loggerhead Turtles catching up quickly. Each morning, tracks are left behind on the beach from the overnight action of the females emerging out of the ocean. They crawl close to the dune before selecting a spot to dig a hole and lay their eggs!
