Docklands Melbourne Winter Sunrise - DJI MINI 3 PRO

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Talented contributor Gizmo Drone used a DJI Mini 3 drone to bring us this outstanding aerial tour of the Docklands area of Melbourne, Australia. Located on the Yarra River a little over a mile (about two km) west of the city's CBD, the Docklands was the site of the original port of Melbourne during the 19th century. As the harbor was located downriver to accommodate larger ships, the Docklands became virtually abandoned. Beginning around the turn of the 21st century, the Docklands was revitalized in a massive redevelopment effort.

Today I am Docklands in Melbourne to test the DJI MINI 3 PRO to capture an awesome winter sunrise. I am using a Freewell ND16/PL filter and manual camera settings set to 4K 30fps 1/60 D-Cinelike. Although it was sunny it was a very cold 2 Celsius or 35.6 F which is a lot cooler than most winter mornings here in Melbourne.

This is my first sunrise flight with this drone and it flew perfectly and the camera did a great job in this lighting. I didn't use a LUT and just used manual adjustments while editing this video.

I have flown at Docklands many times so to make this video more interesting I used an upbeat song with a bit more editing than usual. I hope you like it and thanks for watching, Brett - Gizmo Drones
